Great breakfast selection with both Western and Chinese dishes. The room was clean and comfortable enough for a budget hotel. The hotel offers a shuttle service that stops at the subway and some other places close by, which was useful.

The hotel's location was quite inconvenient, far from downtown and with no restaurants or convenience stores within walking distance. The staff lacked experience and struggled with English.

This hotel is located away from the busy downtown area, near People's Square, but is easily accessible by subway. food outlets are not nearby. the rooms are generally clean and the breakfast has a good variety of Western and Chinese dishes. the hotel also has a business center and free parking.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, especially Kathy who went above and beyond to assist me despite the language barrier. The room was extremely comfortable and had all the amenities of a 5-star hotel. I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet that was included in the price. Additionally, the hotel was located in a quiet area away from the hustle and bustle of the downtown city, making for a peaceful night's sleep.
